Spain: Available the first report after the dairy agreement
The Ministry of Agriculture (MAGRAMA) has published the first report monitoring the agreement for the stability and sustainability of the value chain of milk veal, signed by the agents of this sector last September 23. Global food prices down for fourth consecutive year
The FAO index records that food prices stood at an average value below its November with the fall in international prices of all foodstuffs, including meat, dairy products and cereals, except in the case of sugar and oils. The year 2015 ends with almost 19% decline in prices compared to 2014, representing the fourth consecutive annual decline.
Spain: The fisheries inspection is reinforced from the air
The Ministries of Agriculture, Food and Environment and the Interior will collaborate on fisheries inspection activities. The Civil Guard operates two helicopters of the General Secretariat of Fisheries, designed specifically for the control, surveillance and fisheries inspection.
