MAPAMA attributes the growth of holdings shared ownership to the implementation of its Law
The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment (MAPAMA) has linked the growth of the number of farms shared ownership with the implementation of Law 35/2011, which regulates everything concerning this regime in the sector agrarian. This was evidenced during the meeting recently held by the general director of Rural Development and Forest Policy MAPAMA, Esperanza Orellana, with associations of rural women, agricultural professional organizations and Agro-food Cooperatives, to analyze the development of the Law of shared ownership and the actions related to the process of discharging the agricultural holdings in the mentioned regime.
