    The frosts of the past 4th and 5th of December have caused damages in the cultivation of the persimmon that, according to the first estimations of the Valencian Association of Farmers (AVA-ASAJA), ascend to the 10 million euros.     AVA-ASAJA and COIAL strengthen their collaboration to promote the development of the Valencian countryside

    The Government Board of the Official College of Agricultural Engineers of Levante (COIAL) and the executive committee of the Valencian Association of Farmers (AVA-ASAJA) have held a working meeting at the Sinyent agrarian experimentation farm, where they have agreed to close their ties of collaboration to promote the development of the Valencian agricultural system. In this context, COIAL has granted the president of the aforementioned agrarian organization, Cristóbal Aguado, the distinction of Honorary Collegiate, coinciding with the commemoration during this year of the fortieth anniversary of the birth of AVA-ASAJA.
