Brazil: Record of grain harvest again
The Latin American country will produce 210 million tons of grain in the 2015-2016 period. In the previous period (2014-2015) Brazil set a new record with 209.5 million grains. Soybeans will again its flagship product.

Global food prices down for fourth consecutive year
The FAO index records that food prices stood at an average value below its November with the fall in international prices of all foodstuffs, including meat, dairy products and cereals, except in the case of sugar and oils. The year 2015 ends with almost 19% decline in prices compared to 2014, representing the fourth consecutive annual decline.
World prices for wheat exports are on sale

A new calculator sustainability indicators for farmers
The Technology Platform for Sustainable Agriculture Association (PTAS), in collaboration with the Centre for Studies and Research for the Management of Agricultural and Environmental Risks (CEIGRAM) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the US company Zdex Inc., has launched today a new project that will allow the farmer to calculate the sustainability of their farm by a simple computer program.
