    • Syngenta reinforces its presence in Fruit Attraction, to celebrate its 150th anniversary in the sector of horticultural seeds

    Syngenta will be present in a very special way in the IX edition of Fruit Attraction, held at the Ifema in Madrid from 18th to 20th October, as in 2017 marks the 150th Anniversary of the company within the sector producing horticultural seeds. Thus, the company strengthens its presence in the fair with two stands, one in hall 5 (stand 5D05) with all the innovations facing the sector and another in pavilion 9 (stand 9A01E) dedicated to its well-known Kumato® tomato.

    TRIANUM®, double action biofungicide and star novelty from Koppert Biological Systems at Fruit Attraction 2017

    TRIANUM®, the new and powerful double-acting biofungicide, will be the undisputed protagonist among the many innovations that Koppert Biological Systems will offer at its stand during the ninth edition of Fruit Attraction, an international fair in the fruit and vegetable sector, which will take place from 18th to 20th October, at the Fairgrounds in Madrid (IFEMA). This Koppert star product guarantees maximum protection against soil pathogens without leaving residues, without generating resistance problems and with authorization for use in organic farming.

    Citrosol will showcase the latest and most sustainable post-harvest technology at its Fruit Attraction stand

    Citrosol is dressed in green at the next edition of the Fruit Attration, which takes place from 18thth to 20 October in Madrid, to present three new post-harvest products at its stand: a new coating for the transport of long-distance citrus fruits with excellent characteristics : Citrusol Sunseal® UE; a new product for citrus rot control: CitroPyr®, and an innovative kits technology that is used to perform on-site waste analysis of treated fruit, treatment broths and additive waxes: Easy kit®.

    On Friday 29th September AgriArgo Ibérica celebrated, together with its entire distribution network, the official opening of its new headquarters, which is located in the town of Villamarciel in Valladolid. Up to that point, all of its dealers, an important representative of the Italian parent company, including representatives of the family that owns the group, as well as several local authorities, moved. The Group's commitment to future and growth is reflected in its new headquarters in Spain, which is accompanied by a complete investment plan and actions aimed at achieving ambitious growth targets in the short and medium term, especially in the high-end segment power.

    Molecor participates in a Technical Meeting of the Plastic Industry, in Lima

    Molecor, a leading Spanish company in the water industry, participates in these days in the Technical Workshop of the Plastic Industry, which takes place from October 2th to 6th in Lima, Peru. It is an event organized by the Spanish Association of Plastics Industries (ANAIP), with the support of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, within the framework of the Sectorial Plan 2017, with the aim of promoting the Spain brand.

    Tejerina highlights the commitment of the Fira Agraria de Sant Miquel for precision farming

    The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, Isabel García Tejerina, inaugurated the 63rd edition of the Feria Agraria de Sant Miquel and the 32nd edition of Eurofruit, highlighting the fair's commitment to precision agriculture, whose clearest example is the use of drones. She also congratulated the organization for the record number of exhibitors, occupied area and foreign countries participating in this last edition. In the words of Garcí­a Tejerina, "we are in an interconnected and interdependent Europe" and pointed out that "thanks to joint agrarian policies, the European Union has become the world's leading exporter of agri-food products and that Spain's agri-food industry is the fourth European power and the world's eighth".

    Fendtgüinos 2017 culminates with a great success of participation

    Once again Fendtgüinos has become the largest concentration of tractors in Spain. This year's edition was held last Thursday, September 21st in Linares (Jaén), culminating in a great success of call and public participation: a total of 341 Fendt machines were gathered between tractors, combine harvesters, packers and forage implements, in addition to about 4,000 people, the vast majority of professional farmers.

    Hispatec exhibits at Expoalimentaria Perú

    Hispatec has been present with its own stand at Expoalimentaria, the most powerful agro-food fair in Peru and one of the most important in South America. About 45,000 visitors attended the edition last year and the organization is confident that it will be a number that is exceeded these days.

    Sakata will wave the flavor flag at Fruit Attraction

    The seed company, Sakata Seed Ibérica, will be present at the next edition of Fruit Attraction in pavilion 5 stand 5D06, betting on the taste of its varieties. Thus, and under the motto "Sakata Sabor", the central day of the fair, Thursday 19th October, the seed company has created a space in its stand where a colloquium will be held entitled "Field and kitchen" where, in a relaxed way a debate will be held on the importance of flavor from the beginning to the end of the food chain. This colloquium will be attended by Martín Berasategui, one of the most distinguished chefs in the country, who will serve as gastronomic spokesman.
