Peru repeat as guest country at IMEX, in the first edition of this fair in Castilla la Mancha
From 21th to 22th September, the Fair and Congress Ciudad Real will host the largest exhibition of international business and foreign trade held in Spain, IMEX. In its first edition in Castilla la Mancha, retell with Peru as guest country, as it was in previous editions of this fair held in 2014. Inaugurated in 2003, IMEX has already held 14 editions in Madrid, four in Barcelona and three in Andalucia.
The Coffee Route in Honduras increases its offer agrotourism
Eleven new initiatives agrotourism linked to the coffee sector, as specialty coffee shops, courses hospitality and tastings, spas and educational and recreational tours, have been added to the offer of the Tourist Route Coffee Honduras, with support from the Inter-American Institute cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and the Honduran Coffee Institute (IHCAFE), which since 2015 working together to boost agritourism project design in this area.

AVA-ASAJA warns: “passivity EU against French attacks encourages disenchantment with Europe”
The Valencian Farmers Association (AVA-ASAJA) has strongly criticized the latest attacks of Gauls farmers against Spanish wine and has demanded strong sanctions from the European Union. The apple and pear season starts with the challenges of a greater boost to consumption and export

Mexico and IICA help revitalize the coconut industry in Granada
An initiative of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), supported by the Government of Mexico, seeks to revitalize the production of coconut crop in Granada with 1.500 seedlings coconut resistant to lethal yellowing that, from Mexico, have been incorporated into the coconut varieties of Granada, in the Renaissance Program of the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) for Coconut Cultivation.
