    The world consumption of Olive Oil is maintained and exceeds in 13% to the production

    With an initial estimate of around 3 million tonnes, world olive oil consumption for the 2016/17 wine year will exceed production by 13%, according to data from the International Olive Oil Council (IOC). This number consolidates a trend started ten years ago.

    The internationalization and the olive oil of high range lead the World Olive Oil Exhibition

    The World Olive Oil Exhibition (WOOE), World Meeting of Olive Oil to be held in Madrid-IFEMA on March 29th and 30th, 2017, will focus on high-end olive oil, represented by a large variety of Companies and entities around the world, such as the Regulatory Council of Mallorca, Borges, Agroland (Uruguay), Arzuaga Navarro or the cooperative El Progreso. Internationalization is the main objective of this meeting, which seeks to foster business opportunities and strengthen the presence in third country markets.

    World Olive Oil Exhibition 2017, endorsed as an international fair

    The World Olive Oil Exhibition (WOOE), International Meeting of Olive Oil to be held on 29th and 30th March in Ifema (Madrid) has just been recognized as an international fair by the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness. This official endorsement recognizes the merits of the WOOE, an event totally oriented to the international business that for six years is celebrated in Madrid and that faces the final straight of its most ambitious edition.
