Spain: Year 2015, a before and after in wine exports
The Spanish wine exports break records last year, according to the Spanish Wine Market Observatory (OEMV). Foreign sales have recorded 2,638 million euros, touching the 24 million hectoliters. The average price eased its relegation last year to 1.10 euros per liter. United States, Canada and Mexico are the most focused on wines with higher added value destinations.
Spanish wine exports continue to rise
Spain keeps a strong increase in its wine exports to international markets, but now not only in terms of volume, where the increase is 8.4%, but also in value, an increase of nearly 100 million euros between January and November this year, to reach 2,409.9 million euros. n terms of value, are the wines with denomination of origin and other wines packaged the leading growth in 2015, while volume sales remain strong bulk wines, which increased particularly to France.
