The competitiveness of the olive sector has centered the debate of the IV Dialogue Expoliva 2017
With a little more than two weeks to the start of Expoliva, more than 200 professionals from the sector participated in the fourth and last of the Dialogues organized prior to the holding of this fair, held at the Palacio de Congresos de Jaén under the title "The sector of the elaboration of olive oil. Different models of competitiveness for a similar environment".

It analyzes the data provided by the Food Information and Control Agency (AICA), as well as the market situation, whose data show an increase in available resources.
