The digital edition of the fruit and vegetable magazine ECA FRUITS is now available, edited by SIETE Agromarketing and e-Comercio Agrario last October. The fall of exports of black olives from Spain to the USA is aggravated
Spanish exports of black olives to the US fell by 72% in August-September, the first two months of application of the final tariffs imposed on imports from Spain, amounting to 35%, according to data from the US Department of Customs.

The person in charge of Development of Demoagro, Victoria Ruiz, explains to us in Agrarian E-commerce the latest developments in the preparation of Demoagro Specialty, an initiative similar to Demoagro, but focused exclusively on special crops, to be held in Turis (Valencia) next 1,2 and 3 of October of 2018. Therefore, there will be two Demoagro in 2019. In May, Demoagro will travel to Huesca to focus on the tasks of land preparation and forage collection and treatment, while a few months later it will be released the one dedicated to special crops.

The Plenary of the European Parliament today ratified in Strasbourg with 428 votes in favor, 170 against and 18 abstentions, the Report approved by the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development on unfair commercial practices on 2 October.
Elena Cebrián: “We must diversify the destinies of our citrus fruits because the European market is almost saturated”
Elena Cebrián Calvo is Minister of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development of the Generalitat Valenciana since July 2015. She is an agronomist from the UPV. He joined by opposition in 1999 the Agronomists Engineers of the State of the Ministry of Agriculture, where he has held various positions of responsibility and also in community institutions.
