The asparagus of Huétor Tájar, protagonist of the most influential gastronomic blogs
The Governing Council for Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) ‘Espárrago de Huétor Tájar’ has decided to go a step further in promoting its product, counting on the support of some of the most influential Spanish bloggers specialized in gastronomy who, from their respective online platforms, publish articles on this exquisite food, encouraging their followers to share their own experiences and gastronomic experiences.
In this promotional action, which has been developing in a fruitful way for three years, the Regulatory Council has counted on the collaboration bloggers, to whom it makes a presentation of its differentiated asparagus so that they can make their own elaborations and assess their culinary uses.
In addition to cooking, through the internet and social networks, bloggers comment on their vision of the asparagus with IGP Huétor Tájar and share their advice on ways of elaboration, pairings and presentations
From the website of the Regulatory Council and social networks, these gastronomic experiences are shared that invite you to enjoy and share a select product with great flavor.
