Gonzalo Artes, new Commercial and Marketing director of Planasa

The company Planasa, a leader in the horticultural sector and with presence in the five continents, now reinforces its commercial and marketing area with the incorporation, as its director, of Gonzalo Artes, who has a remarkable experience in the sector and that arrives to drive one of the key areas to meet the company’s short- and long-term goals.

The new Commercial and Marketing Director holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College in the specialty of Citrus Management. Throughout his professional career he has held Technical and Management positions in organizations and citrus farms, strawberries …

Of his long career, his six years as Technical and R & D Director of Onubafruit stand out, a society constituted by six fruit cooperatives of the province of Huelva and specialized in berries

“The knowledge of the sector coupled with the management, planning, organization and leadership capacity demonstrated by Gonzalo over these years will be of great importance to undertake the important projects that Planasa has for the next years,” says Federico Crespo, Director General of Europe of Planasa.

Gonzalo Artes will be located in the center of Planasa in Cartaya (Huelva).
