INTEC organizes an innovation tour in Israel for companies in the sector
The European Foundation for Innovation (INTEC), together with Excem and OurCrowd organize this tour for Spanish companies and institutions that want to learn from the Israeli entrepreneurship model.
This tour answers the question: how is it possible for Israel to produce more startups than nations like Japan, China, India, Korea, Canada and the United Kingdom? Therefore, they have prepared an extensive program to immerse themselves in the ecosystem of Israel Agrifood, introducing us to its innovation ecosystem, linking universities with research centers, accelerators and incubators Agritech and Agrifood.
The objectives of the innovation tour are, among others, to strengthen the entrepreneurial fabric in Spain in the agri-food sector, especially the high-tech startups applied to the agrifood chain (Blockchain, IA, Bigdata, Robotics, genetic editing …), as well as favoring Investment in innovation in this sector, in startups and corporations, in meetings with investors of the funds linked to Ourcrowd, especially in the emerging sectors of the agrifood chain, to promote the visualization of technology in the agri-food sector to increase the added value of the offer of products and services in this sector with the industry itself and companies linked to the sector and facilitate the encounter with other entrepreneurs worldwide in a framework of high technology and an innovation ecosystem, the Israeli, unique in the world.
Activity Agenda
The activities planned for the tour involve immersion in the ecosystem of Israel, bringing together agents of change and entrepreneurs, in order to meet first-hand innovators, entrepreneurs, business strategists and the brightest academics of the Israeli ecosystem, learn about First hand the new trends in Agrifood, with work sessions oriented to know the local market trends. In addition, success stories will be known, with their protagonists, that is, recognized professionals and companies will share their experiences with us.
In addition, a wide range of networking actions are planned with the participation in different professional events, highlighting above all the OurCrowd Investor Summit that will be held on February 13 in Jerusalem and that brings together more than 18,000 people among investors, entrepreneurs and corporations from 183 countries around the world. The activities include the creation of an agenda of personalized meetings (B2B and on demand) with companies and investors for Spanish startups in the Agrifood sector. It will also participate in activities with global companies in Israel, investment funds, venture capital, investors, business accelerators, etc.
A Spanish event in Tel Aviv: the SmartAgrifood Spain-Israel Day
In addition, during the SmartAgrifood Spain-Israel tour, about 100 people from Spanish and Israeli companies and institutions will meet to establish future agreements in the agri-food world. Search for investment and new markets for Spanish products and services
Designed for executives and executives seeking effective networking in the place where the ability to search for investment and support to carry out projects is very wide.
