Peru: Deutz-Fahr and Orber Agrícola join forces to provide farmer with cutting edge technology
The German firm Deutz-Fahr and the Peruvian company Orbes Agrícola have signed a commercial alliance to make available to the Peruvian farmer the most advanced technology to ensure maximum productivity. A goal that is expected to be achieved through the new Agro Farm and Agro Plus line of tractors from Deutz Fahr, a pioneer in the production of high performance and agribusiness machinery at the global level.
These models with the highest technology, will save labor, time and money and have been designed to perform specific tasks more quickly, accurately and reliably
The new Deutz-Fahr tractors offer more strength, traction, stability, lifting power, load capacity, and more equipment options.
The act of formalizing the collaboration agreement between the two companies was attended by Luca Vinceti, CEO of Deutz-Fahr for the Americas; Sergio Borges, Regional Operations Manager for Deutz-Fahr in Latin America; Ing. Alexander Bonifacio, general manager of Orbes Agrícola; Ing. Hinmel Rodríguez, commercial manager and Juan Olaya, Manager of Machinery of the same national company.
The general manager of Orbes Agrícola has remarked that the objective of this new alliance is to offer the Peruvian farmer machines with state-of-the-art technology, adapted to the reality of the national agriculture and the topographic conditions of its geography, in order to maximize productivity, optimize performance and ensure economy in fuel consumption.
Luca Vicenti highlighted the interest of Deutz-Fahr in the Peruvian market, “because it offers high growth with a very high potential in terms of hectares for cultivation and diversification of the agricultural world”
“With our alliance with Orbes Agrícola we want to reach the quota that our product deserves and access to the sectors that have not yet tried our tractors. We are a global brand that includes technology for the future and all models available in our group are to meet the needs of Peruvian agroindustry and offer new solutions. Today, as a group, we have a participation between 8 and 9%. In 5 more years we want to double our market share and that will happen through the Deutz Fahr brand“, Vicenti said.
