A “tasty” network of reputed restaurants, anteroom of ‘Andalucía Sabor’

A total of 41 restaurants from the eight Andalusian provinces have allied themselves in the Sabor Network, which from September 15th and for a whole month will offer special menus with quality Andalusian products. This is an initiative that is part of the Gastronomic Congress Andalusia Sabor, the largest professional event of Andalusian gastronomy, which will take place at Fibes II, Seville, from September 25th to 27th, held in parallel to the agri-food Fair Andalucía Sabor.

A total of 41 restaurants from the eight Andalusian provinces have allied themselves in the Sabor Network, which from September 15th and for a whole month will offer special menus with quality Andalusian products. This is an initiative that is part of the Gastronomic Congress Andalusia Sabor, the largest professional event of Andalusian gastronomy, which will take place at Fibes II, Seville, from September 25th to 27th, held in parallel to the agri-food Fair Andalucía Sabor.

Under the motto ‘From the interior to the coast of Andalusia. A journey through the geography of flavor, this contest will have in its sixth edition with papers and workshops that will bring together great Andalusian and national chefs, as well as the new generations of Andalusian chefs.

The restaurants adhering to the Sabor Network are four for each Andalusian province, except Seville where there will be 13, to be able to provide coverage to those attending the fair that wish it. The action will also include a recipe book that will bring together a main dish, or if applicable a special tapa, from each of the participating establishments.

Sabor Avenue in Sevilla

The start of this action will coincide with Sabor Avenue, an initiative also framed in the promotion of Andalucía Sabor to be held at the Salt Dock in Seville between 15th and 17th September. The action will consist of 12 gastronomic destinations in which Andalusian restaurants will offer, at popular prices, a tasting of the dishes and products of the eight Andalusian provinces.
