MAF RODA returns to FRUIT LOGISTICA to present the latest in post-harvest technological innovation
Following previous editions, the MAF RODA Group will be present at Fruit Logistica on April 5, 6 and 7th in Berlin to meet again with the industry, with producers and present the latest developments in sizers, quality systems and solutions for post-harvest installations of fresh fruits and vegetables.
In this edition, MAF RODA will present the latest developments in grading and classification solutions for small fruits (such as cherry or blueberry), others of great versatility that allow working on a wide variety of products, packing systems and, of course, facility automation solutions.
During the 3 days of the show, attendees will be able to see on site how some of the sizers and packing systems offered by the multinational work. Among them, you will be able to see the Cherryway IV and Cherryscan 7 in operation. The cherry solution launched by the group in 2021 and that is revolutionizing the market with its patented rotation system that allows analyzing the entire surface of the fruit. This technology is representing a great innovation that allows solving the main problems of the industry.
Another technology that can be seen and tested at the stand will be the Berryway and Berryscan, the solution that the company offers for the processing of blueberries. A processing line that treats the fruit with the utmost care to avoid bloom loss. In addition, its automatic punnet fillers directly from the sizer considerably reduce the impacts suffered by the blueberry during the process compared to other traditional solutions.
The most versatile and precise solution, the Pomone IV and Globalscan 7, will be available for all producers of citrus, apples, pears, stone fruits, avocado, onion… to check its reliability and effectiveness. Also, the Fast Pack packing system can be tested as a sample of the Group’s solutions for the automated packing of fruits and vegetables.
But not everything is there, the great novelties in facility automation such as Supervisor and traceability systems for a more efficient management of warehouses, as well as AGVs (automatic guided vehicles) designed specifically for fruit and vegetable facilities, will also be part of that wide range of solutions and innovations that MAF RODA will present in this highly expected edition of Fruit Logistica.
You can find them in Hall 4.1, stand C-02. “After two years of pandemic in which it has not been possible to celebrate the show, we welcome this edition with greater enthusiasm. Taking the global context that surrounds us into account, we are also eager to see how the exhibition develops”, said Mr Didier Izard; Export Director.
