The brand new Valtra N Series has won the prestigious ´Machine of the Year 2016´ award in the category of lower mid-range tractors at the Agritechnica Show 2015. The selection was made by independent agricultural journalists from sixteen European trade magazines.
Valtra launched the 4-cylinder N Series in October. With deliveries starting already from September, the tractor range has proven to be a success both among dealers, customers and the international press. Only a few days earlier the N Series has been honoured with the “Golden Tractor for the Design” award at Agritechnica.

The fourth generation of the Valtra N Series has a completely new design with six models ranging from 115 to 185hp. It offers unmatched versatility whether you are doing mixed farming, dairy farming, municipal work or contracting. The best power/weight ratio in its class, compact design and a high level of functionality, ergonomics and comfort make the N Series tractor a real workhorse.
Four transmission types, HiTech, Active,Versu, the five-step powership transmissions, and Direct, a stepless one, offer a right choice to each customer. The reliable AGCO Power engine (4,4 l or 4,9 l) with SCR Only, optimised turbo, EcoPower, SigmaPower and many other features result in excellent fuel efficiency, low emissions and productivity.
The N Series offers more choices to customers than ever. It can be comprehensively specified with hundreds of features and options, and even further customised in the Valtra Unlimited studio, which guarantees a customer a match for every job and conditions. Like other Valtra tractors, durability, high performance, driver comfort and low operating costs were the top customer demands that drove the development of the new Valtra N Series.
