The 32 ‘Salon Gourmets’ will have more than 90,000 professionals

During the next days 7, 8, 9 and 10 of May, Madrid hosts a new edition of the Living Gourmet that organizes the International Fair of Beverage and Quality. These days, which are held at IFEMA, have the presence of 93,346 professional visitors.

Likewise, in the more than 52,200 m2 dedicated to this important gastronomic event you can not miss anything less than 1,630 booth. With the presence of exhibitors from all corners of the national geography and with an increase in the area of ​​international exposure of 50% of cases, in the previous edition, with exhibitors from Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, USA, France, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Netherlands, Peru, Portugal, United Kingdom, Russia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden and Switzerland.

During the days of the fair, activities such as the wine tunnel and several championships of ham cutters, sommeliers, oyster openers and brewing of beer, among others, are carried out. Also, the fair has a space dedicated to children learning about the culinary culture and the benefits of a balanced diet thanks to workshops on bread, water, cheese, fruits and vegetables.
