The 15th National Symposium on Plant Health opens its registration period

The registration form for the 15th National Symposium on Plant Health is now available on the web, which will take place in Seville from 23 to 25 January 2019, organized by the Official Association of Agricultural Technical Engineers of Western Andalusia (COITAND).

Those interested in attending can benefit from a reduction in the rate until December 14, 2018.

The Symposium is a must for the plant health sector in Spain, which brings together the best personalities in each subject. In this edition, in addition to updating the hottest issues of legislation in this area, and the topicality of the phytosanitary product registry, the multinationals of the sector will be in charge of launching new phytosanitary products in the first place; will address issues such as the implementation of new technologies to support management and decision making with Big Data, current phytosanitary problems, and how climate change is affecting it. Updates on Xylella, HLB or the intimate relationship between plant health and food safety, will be other issues to be dealt with by the highest authorities in each subject.

The companies of the sector have welcomed with great pleasure the innovations of the event and the new enclave, the Hotel Meliá Sevilla -behind the famous Plaza de España (C / Pedro De Castro, nº 1) – equipped with its own Convention Center with facilities spacious, cozy and functional.
