The global gastronomic event held on 25, 26 and 27 January at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos, Campo de las Naciones, Madrid (Spain). Madrid Fusion motto is “The language of the post avant-garde. New avenues of creativity.” There you can find the latest culinary trends summarized in three days of experiences and learning, in two conferences in one: Post forefront in Madrid Fusion and challenges in the hospitality Taste Spain. More than 100 chefs from 14 countries, 70 technical demonstrations, training workshops 18 8 contests, auctions and awards, complete a unique content internationally.
