The International University of Andalusia (UNIA) organized with the National University Jorge Basadre Grohmann (UNJBG) of Tacna in Peru, the international course Technologies applied to the processing of table olives and olive oil production, from 12 to 16 October.
The course is led by John M. Knight Reig, the IFAPA, Centro Alameda of the Bishop of Córdoba, and coordinated by Florio Enrique Ramirez, of the School of Engineering in Food Industries (ESIA) of the National University Jorge Basadre Grohmann Tacna (Peru) and Yolanda Sosa of the UNJBG.
The course‘s main objective is the specialized and technical training of undergraduate and graduate students on olive growing in particular agronomy students, graduates agronomists, professionals and farmers regarding crop.
