FIMA promotes the transfer of knowledge as a strategic tool
The common denominator of each of the days of FIMA 2018, which has been held at the fairgrounds of Zaragoza from 20th to 24th February, has been the leading role of knowledge as a strategic tool for the future of the sector. In this line, the agri-food professionals have had the opportunity to enjoy more than fifty activities in the framework of the international fair. Activities that formed an extensive program of technical conferences, which would culminate throughout the fourth day of the International Fair of Agricultural Machinery of Zaragoza.
Parallel to the exhibition area, which exceeds 161,000 square meters distributed in eleven pavilions, professionals have had the opportunity to draw on important experiences and discussions, which have been held in the congress area of Feria de Zaragoza.
FIMA has hosted presentations, conferences, forums and press conferences in which topics as important as professionalization, innovation, mechanization, precision agriculture, digitalization or sustainability have been put on the table
One of the main objectives of Feria de Zaragoza is to provide value and knowledge to professionals in the agri-food sector. Therefore, as explained by the general director of the fair, Rogelio Cuairán, “the organization of FIMA constantly works to collaborate in the dissemination of skills and achieve improvements for the professionalization of agriculture”.
