FIMA 2022 moved to end of April
The forty-second edition of the International Agricultural Machinery Fair modifies its dates, from April 26 to 31, to offer greater security, with an eye to offering a first-rate forum for national and international professionals
Due to the uncertainties, with an international character, derived from the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, Feria de Zaragoza, together with the Organizing Committee of the event, have decided to modify the dates of celebration of the next edition of FIMA (which was going to be held in February) and that, finally, will take place from April 26 to 30, 2022.
With this decision, the fair institution intends to provide an adequate response to the concerns generated by the current evolution of the pandemic and how this could affect the future of the event. Thus, with the “fundamental” support of the exhibiting companies, institutions, associations, entities and professionals who faithfully attend their appointment with the event, the organization has chosen to move the dates to April 2022.
Feria de Zaragoza has the necessary mechanisms that guarantee the safety of all participants in the event, such as access and exit control, the use of a mask, interpersonal distance, capacity control, constant air renewal in fair pavilions and conference rooms, as well as an intensification of disinfection and hygiene measures. Furthermore, in the Iberian Peninsula the current complete vaccination schedule is higher than 90% and the provision of a booster dose has even begun. It is, therefore, to establish elements that make up a safe space that complies with all the required measures.
From Feria de Zaragoza it is fully confident that FIMA will be, from April 26 to 30, the backbone of meetings by the sector, as well as a professional space that will again contribute to adding synergies and generating business, as it has done. been in its forty-one previous editions.
Agriculture 4.0, the modernization of processes, digitization, special crops, sustainability, training, talent management, technological innovations, sustainable development objectives, the common agricultural policy or the numerous technical conferences and presentations of product, will be one of the axes that will complement a representative showcase of Mediterranean agriculture.
