And in terms of packaging, today there are no more sustainable materials than wood. this has been presented Fedemco presents itself at this event, and following the strategy initiated in the last edition of Fruit Attraction, they bet on a stand with lots of wood, lots of light and more models of wooden containers, up to 85 different models, as Alberto Palmí, director Fedemco: “More and more consumers are concerned about the environment, and that is reflected in the growing interest in our packaging, highly valued for its sustainability.”
In addition, at the Fedemco stand, located in Hall 11.2 B10, has counted a mural with the marks of our associates’ clients. “It is another attraction for our partners and their customers, who gain in brand visibility associated with a sustainable packaging,” says Palmí.
A good moment
Wooden containers are living a great moment thanks to social awareness in favor of sustainability: “They are sustainable and respectful of the environment, contribute to reforestation, fix population in rural areas, have many uses beyond transport of food… they are in fashion, it is their moment ”, adds Alberto Palmí, who continues:“ they are containers that are born from nature, absorb the existing CO2 in the atmosphere and as they grow they convert it into Oxygen.
These packages follow a productive model in line with the circular economy, with strict timber traceability parameters, coming from sustainable national plantations, recycling, reusing leftovers and transforming them into biomass and energy to feed the same production process.
