For olivicultores and professionals linked to the olive sector who missed the II Business Agro on Olivar Tertulia, held on October 25th by SIETE Agromarketing and Agricultural e-Commerce (ECA), in the Botanical Garden of Córdoba, we have good news: they already have at their disposal the summary booklet in which the highlights of that event and its main keys and conclusions are collected.
The summary booklet of the Business Agro II Seminar on Olivar, gathers the main issues debated in this event, organized by SIETE Agromarketing and e-Comercio Agrario (ECA), with the collaboration of ASAJA Córdoba, the cooperative group DCOOP, and the Junta de Andalucía, through the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development and EXTENDA-Andalusian Agency for Foreign Promotion.
An initiative whose main messages, focused on quality and internationalization as keys to be more competitive, were amplified and had an important echo, thanks to the participation of the public in the live debate orchestrated on social networks (twitter and facebook) .
The Business Agro II Seminar on Olivar was attended by top-level authorities and speakers, as well as the sponsorship of well-known companies in the sector of olive groves and olive oil, such as Todolivo and ADP TECH (Intergal–Grupo Fertiberia). Likewise, Bureau Veritas and World Olive Oil Exhibition, the magazine Fruticultura, as media of specialized press, and Integral Media participated as collaborating companies.
Under the heading “Quality and innovation for international markets”, the 2nd Agribusiness Meeting on Olivar, was inaugurated with the interventions of the Mayor of Córdoba, Isabel Ambrosio Palos, and the Andalusian Minister of Agriculture, Rodrigo Sánchez Haro, who highlighted the enormous opportunity offered by digitalization through e-commerce for Andalusian olive oil to reach more distant countries.
