The firm Yara has developed a product specifically indicated for soils with high content in Potassium, such as those of the southwest of Spain, in comparison with other zones of the Iberian Peninsula. Thus, it has launched its new formulation YaraMila ™ BALANCE, a fertilizer with high content in Nitrogen and Phosphorus, for crops rich in Potassium.

Crops of the Spanish southwest demand fertilizers with lower Potassium content but without neglecting the contribution of Nitrogen and Phosphorus. To meet this market demand and the result of local knowledge and the analysis of specifications and zonal needs, Yara has launched its new YaraMila â„¢ BALANCE fertilizer.

This novelty of Yara combines the best properties that characterize the products of the range YaraMila â„¢.

YaraMila â„¢ BALANCE is a pearl fertilizer with all the nutrients in a single granule and present in equal proportion, allowing a uniform and even distribution of the product

It is a complex fertilizer formulated to meet the specific requirements of crops, providing the soil with the nutrients that the crop really needs and optimizing the resources it provides, being a balance between land and crop.

YaraMila â„¢ BALANCE has the perfect combination of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium to maximize crop yield and quality

This new fertilizer is also hygroscopic – easily absorbs soil moisture so that its nutrients are easily incorporated into the soil solution – and has no dust – recovered with a patent coating of Yara – thus preventing caking. It is, in short, a product with the quality that characterizes the products of Yara and manufactured by the process of Nitrophosphation, patented by Yara.

Balanced composition

YaraMila â„¢ BALANCE provides the necessary nutrients to achieve the perfect balance between what the soil has, the crop demand and the fertilizer it provides. Contains Nitrogen soluble and assimilable in nitric and ammoniacal forms for greater availability of this nutrient and for a longer time.

It also provides Phosphorus totally available and with a 23-30% in the form of polyphosphate. The assimilable Phosphorus is key for the correct development of the plant since it is involved in physiological processes that require an extra energy input such as root development, godson, etc.

Only Yara’s technology produces NPK with polyphosphates which do not bind to the soil and help to remove blocked micronutrients in the soil

YaraMila â„¢ BALANCE also contains secondary macronutrients such as Sulfur – sulfate and necessary for plant development as well as being an essential constituent of wheat proteins – and 3% of Potassium (soluble and assimilable).

YaraMila â„¢ BALANCE is recommended for use in crops such as wheat, barley, olive and cotton in the southwest of our country (Guadalquivir basin)

This zone has potassium rich soils, so the contribution of this nutrient should be lower, compared to the needs of Nitrogen and Phosphorus. This new product is designed to be applied as a bottom fertilizer or in the early stages of the crop to provide nutrient balance throughout the growth cycle.
