World Premiere of new MF 5700 Global Tractor range at FIMA
Massey Ferguson, a worldwide brand of AGCO, is launching its new MF 5700 Global Series tractors at this year’s FIMA Show as part of an impressive showcase of equipment featuring its strongest-ever product line-up in Spain. The extensive portfolio, including tractors from 40-400hp, harvesting machinery, hay and forage tools and materials handling equipment highlights Massey Ferguson’s strategic commitment to offer a full-line of product through its Distribution network across Europe.
The launch follows the reveal at Agritechnica of the 75hp – 95hp MF 4700 Global Series Tractor range, signalling a significant investment by Massey Ferguson in the important below 130hp tractor sector.
Designed and built in Massey Ferguson’s Beauvais facility in France, the 100hp MF 5710 and 110hp MF 5711, are the latest models to join the innovative MF Global Series range of modern, straightforward and dependable tractors. Powered by the latest four-cylinder engine technology, the new models are built on a 2.43m long wheelbase.
“These new tractors are the latest product of Massey Ferguson’s significant investment in the completely new series of modern, straightforward tractors. When complete this will ultimately include tractors with a horsepower range from 75hp to 130hp, which all provide the most up to date features and specifications in their class,” says Campbell Scott, Director, Marketing Services and Public Relations Massey Ferguson Europe, Africa & Middle East.
“Like the MF 4700 Series, which was launched last year, the MF 5700 tractors are the only tractors purpose built in the 21st Century specifically for this power bracket. The modern, straightforward design makes the tractors ideally suited to a range of operations on livestock, dairy and mixed farms. Their modern features and ease of operation also mean they are the perfect loader tractor.

- World premiere of the MF 5700 Global Series: Two new cab tractors – the MF 5710 (100 Max hp) and MF 5711 (110 Max hp) – represent the next stage in the European development of the Massey Ferguson Global Series.
- First public exhibit in Spain of the new MF 4700 Global Series cab tractor range: Designed in the 21st century, the 75-95hp MF 4700 cab models set a new benchmark for multi-purpose tractors, delivering straightforward, rugged reliable operation for users in this sector.
- MF 5713 SL: Awarded Tractor of the Year 2016 in the Best Utility Sector at Germany’s Agritechnica Show, the 5700 SL Series creates a whole new genre of tractors from 100-130hp, combining the compact dimensions required by livestock and mixed farmers with the performance and power needed for arable work.
- MF 6600, MF 7700 and MF 8700 Series: High performance, high-efficiency tractors with the latest on-board technologies spanning 120hp-400hp.
- MF 3600 Series: MF’s offering for the specialist VSF segment, these tractors are ideally-suited to the Mediterranean vineyard and fruit producing regions. Recent updates include a new look and improved steering angle, plus the latest developments in engine technology.
- MF 1700 Series: With sleek new styling, two models (38hp and 46hp) are available featuring mechanical 12×12 synchro shuttle or hydrostatic transmissions. Offered in platform or cab configuration.
Harvesting machinery
- MF BETA 7370 ParaLevel Combine Harvester: From one of three impressive new ranges marking Massey Ferguson’s re-entry into the Spanish harvesting market, the top-performing MF 7370 features the outstanding Skyline cab with panoramic windscreen and TechTouch terminal. ParaLevel enables automatic table levelling across slopes up to 20%.
- MF 2270XD Baler: From the renowned MF 2200 large square baler range, the XD model delivers the highest density bales to optimise transport space and cut costs. The new ProCut cutting system delivers a super-fine and uniform chop especially for crop used in livestock feed mixing.
Hay and forage tools
- Launched at FIMA for the Spanish market, this comprehensive line-up of hay and forage tools are the latest new machines to augment Massey Ferguson’s full-line product range. The range encompasses a wide array of mowers, rakes and tedders.
Materials Handling
