The promotion of lamb in Alimentaria 2016
INTEROVIC participate very actively in the next edition of the fair. It will do so with its own stand and through actions that will release the operation of the “Extension of Norma”, which makes possible the financing of the sector in the promotion campaign of lamb, which this year begins its second year. It will also be presented within the framework of the International Fair all actions planned this 2016, with the focus on training the canal, new TV spot and performances at the point of sale.
The Interprofessional Organization Agrifood sheep and goats (INTEROVIC) considered key participation in this edition of Food to be in full campaign to promote lamb and to present in this specialized framework the results of the first year and the planning for this second exercise campaign, which will begin next May and will run until April 2017.
The Interprofessional will have its own stand within the Hall of INTERCARN, where you can see panels with the campaign slogan: “Beef and lamb and lamb: again enjoy lamb” and in which inform and deliver to all visitors of recipes and materials referred to this European program has in modernizing the product its main backbone.
A new image of the meat that is based on the introduction of new smaller, versatile and easy cooking cuts that meet the needs of new consumers. With these new presentations it is to introduce consumption in the daily menu of Spanish, and extend beyond weekends and holidays, so that the suckling lamb is consumed and also weekdays and by smaller households. The aim is to reconcile the two types of consumption.
Alimentaria will take place from 25 to 28 April 2016, returning to be the international business center for all professionals in the food, beverage and food sector. One also must for productive sectors and innovation, such as that presented INTEROVIC through its new product image, which can be seen with the latest trends and creations, and by the chefs of the moment.
As part of the actions that will develop the Interprofessional included the official presentation held INTEROVIC on its second year of campaigning on April 27 from 10:15 hours on the stand MAGRAMA (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment environment) also co-finances this European program with the EU.
Alimentaria 2016 maintains and enhances its growth pillars: internationalization (over 50 countries), innovation, food and sectoral specialization, with an attractive renewal of some of its rooms and contents.
The European program promoting lamb meat in Spain has a budget of 4 million euros financed by the EU (50% and two million euros), the Government of Spain, (25% and one million euros) and the sector itself (25% and one million euros) and takes place for three years: 2015, 2016 and 2017.
