Spain: More time to apply for aid from CAP 2016
Spanish farmers have until June 15 to apply for aid from the Common Agricultural Policy 2016. The Spanish government campaign serves the request of the autonomous regions and sectors concerned to facilitate the submission of its application to all farmers who may be beneficiaries of them.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAGRAMA) extends until June 15, the deadline for submission of the single application of direct payments to agriculture and livestock for the 2016 campaign, once approved Community rules so permits. This extension will be collected in a ministerial decree to be published shortly in the Official Gazette.
It serves well to the request of the Autonomous Communities (ACs) and sectors, extending the deadline for Spain, with the aim of meeting all farmers who may be beneficiaries of this aid Policy Common Agriculture.
The only application may be submitted until June 15, inclusive. A term which also covers the period of amendments to the single applications already submitted, and also applies to the presentations of assignments of basic payment, to access applications basic payment to the National Reserve and the deadline for submitting contracts made with the processing industries in the case of applicants for aid associated with the tomato.
In the same way that happened last year, by extending the application period beyond May 15, the deadline by which the plots have to be available to the applicant of the CAP aid until June 15 also extends, included.
