MAPAMA promotes the commercial contacts of Spanish companies in BIOFACH 2017
The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment promotes these days, from 15th to 18th February, the Spanish organic products in the Fair BIOFACH 2017, through an institutional stand in which, apart from showing the richness and diversity of the sector, under the motto “Ecological products: good for nature, good for you”, Spanish companies will be able to work their business contacts and expand their portfolio of international clients, in the two areas of professional meetings enabled for this purpose.
In the 90 square meters of the exhibition space of MAPAMA at this international fair of the organic production sector, which takes place in Nüremberg (Germany), will be shown he great variety and quality of Spanish organic products, fruit of diversity in climates, soils and cultural practices, as well as an industry in constant development.
The Ministry will use this forum to spread the many reasons that support the consumption of organic products, as part of the campaign “Ecological products: good for nature, good for you”
All promotional information on the stand will be supported by videos and graphic materials that reflect the quality and variety of Spanish organic ecosystems and products.
The Ministry thus supports a sector in constant growth and of great economic, social and environmental importance, in which Spain stands out for its European leadership in the area of ecological production.
The strong demand for organic products from the German consumer, as well as the influx of commercial operators from all over the world are an excellent opportunity for Spanish organic products
Following, in addition, the practice of hosting the presence of entities in the sector, this year will be present at the ministerial stand ECOVALIA (Ecological Value Association).
The active participation in BIOFACH is one of the many initiatives of the Department to support the internationalization of the Spanish agri-food and fisheries sector.
Reference Fair
The Ecological Products Fair BIOFACH 2017, which celebrates its 28th edition this year, is considered the most important global meeting in the field of organic products. It offers a broad overview of the same, from research and production to its transformation and commercialization.
The fair is complemented by an Ecological Congress, a free forum that includes seminars, workshops and conferences, which last year brought together nearly 7,000 participants in 104 events
In its last call BIOFACH brought together 2,325 direct exhibitors, more than 48,000 professional visitors from 130 nationalities and nearly a thousand representatives of international media.
