Madrid Fusion: the Norwegian Skrei seduces the highest cuisine
Madrid Fusion will host the show that two leading figures in the Spanish kitchen will take to raise to the altars of good taste to Skrei Norway. The stage will be chosen to Carmel Forest and Iago Castrillón present their interpretations of this cod prepared with their fetish products. The date is January 25, at 19:00.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the arrival of Norwegian Skrei to Spain. So were the most exclusive restaurants around the country who pushed for this fish. Two decades later, the Norwegian cod “pata negra” has earned the recognition of Spanish consumers, who expect their arrival in thousands of restaurants, traditional fishmongers and supermarkets.
Cooks as Carmelo Bosque (1 Michelin star and 2 Soles Repsol, for Lillas Pastia, Huesca) and Iago Castrillón (2 Soles Repsol for two seasons, Valencia) will tour potential personal interpretation of the best cod of the seas of Norway placed the scope of haute cuisine.
