Germany: Exports of Spanish agricultural equipment at AGRITECHNICA 2015
The Spanish industry of agricultural and livestock equipment increased its exports 9,44% over the first 8 months of 2015, compared to the same period in 2014. Spanish manufacturers continue focusing great effort on promoting its main assets abroad, and so, twenty-one of them backed by AGRAGEX –Spanish Association of manufacturers and exporters of agricultural equipment– will showcase at Agritechnica 2015 their innovative and sustainable technology.
Spanish agricultural equipment’s sales abroad continue growing due to its acknowledged assets as flexible solutions that merge any farmers requirements, european technology and affordable products that allow farmers to meet growing trending demands both in a profitable and environmentally friendly and way.
Spanish figures in agricultural equipment exports
Europe remains the first client for Spanish exports of agricultural and livestock equipment (64%) with France, Portugal, Germany and Holland as main countries). But the final destination of them is now more and more diversified. Exports to non-EC countries during the first eight months of 2015 have experienced a remarkable growth: about 36.5% in South America, 19% in Asia, and 34% in North Africa. Sales in USA during August 2015 where 25% higher than in 2014.
Spanish manufacturers continue focusing great effort on promoting its main assets abroad, so an outstanding group of twenty-one Spanish manufacturers come to Agritechnica 2015 backed by AGRAGEX, the Spanish Exporters Association of Agricultural Machinery and its components, Greenhouses and Crop Protection, Irrigation Systems, Livestock Equipment, Nutrition and Animal Health, Forestry Machinery, Biomass and Post-Harvesting Equipment; and will show their latest technologies and products.
Three reasons why you can’t skip Spanish companies at Agritechnica
- Nothing can be more sustainable than the perfect fit, and Spanish manufacturer’s great flexibility allow them to produce small series of equipment attending any specific market, something multinational companies are unable to serve.
- Spanish agriculture has always fought against rough weather and soil, so Spanish manufacturers have developed some of the most advancedworldwide technologies for irrigation or greenhouse agriculture. It also manufactures very solid and reliable machines and implements.
- European technology in great value.
Spanish companies that come to Agritechnica 2015 backed by AGRAGEX

BELLOTA
Bellota Agrisolutions, as arranged, will be present and displaying a variety of innovations not only for sowing but also for ploughing and tillage.
The main innovations are the SUPER SHARP discs, equipped with 20 curved waves instead of notches and an extremely sharp blade that will last longer than a traditional disc.
Another innovation from Bellota’ is the LUR disc, which is especially designed to grind and mix waste. A deeper penetration is achieved in dry soil than in normal soil.
As far as heavy-duty long-life products are concerned, Bellota is constantly extending its DURATOP range, which features products with welded support, widia or both, for seed drills and plough. For harrowing, the discs with the longest working life, Bellota presented the inPHInium disc at the previous Agritechnica, featuring steel and special treatment to make it more long-lasting; this disc has proved to be highly successful in the market.
Where ploughing is concerned, Bellota is presenting two new bodies at Agritechnica, both adaptable to Kuhn, a body with separate and interchangeable strips designed for wet ground, and a body with a helicoidal mouldboard for working at great depths.
For sowing, Bellota presents the AKER disc with curved waves, especially designed to churn the ground and prepare the bed for direct sowing; it has an excellent stubble-cutting capacity in all soil types.
CICROSA
CILINDROS Y CROMADOS (CICROSA) will show a new Folding Hydraulic Crutch. This new design features an innovative support for trailers, which is based on a retracting double—acting hydraulic system, that ensures better performance and user convenience.
Moreover, CICROSA will launch in Europe the New Catalogue for Components, where you can find all necessary parts for the production of standardized-use cylinders but, on the other hand, we present a new range of components and materials for cylinders that require higher performance: corrosion resistance, increased guidance, safety systems, special seals… We also display in this catalogue one of the largest offers for chrome bars and honed tubes in the market.
Additionally, our standard cylinders Series 700 keep on growing, and thus we have enlarged the stroke choice.
HERTELL S.COOP
HERTELL S.COOP. presents at this Edition of AGRITECHNICA 2015 Exhibition a kit for hydraulic drive for all the 540 rpm vacuum pumps. The kit includes one support, one coupling and the oil motor. All of them are fixed to the front cover of the vacuum pump, cover that has been modified with a mechanized flange for that purpose. This easy assembly allows the vacuum pump to be driven by one orbital hydraulic motor apart from the usual cardan shaft. The main advantage of this feature is the easiness of the pump assembly on the tanker as well as the safety that the hydraulic drive offers by the time of operating the vacuum pump.
OVLAC
Versatill, OVLAC‘s most adaptable cultivator, that fits and gives the best result with any kind of soil and amount of trash, is now available with a new hydraulic protection system. The farmer can set the pressure at which the auto reset protection of the tines operates, adjusting it to the soil conditions.
The semi-mounted and reversible plough SSFD, with 7 furrows, will also be at OVLAC‘s booth in Agritechnica 2015. It suits intensive work with great amount of stubble, due to its large clearance: 105 centimeters between furrows and 90 cm under the frame. OVLAC‘s plough ensures continuous work without jamming, so ploughing work runs smoothly and improves the tractor performance.
This plough is also equipped with a hydraulic connection that allows the operator to work both in the furrow or on land, thus reducing compaction. Something particularly useful with high power tractors (with larger wheels or chains).
OVLAC‘s soil working equipment is worldwide acknowledged for its extensive range of accessories, which let farmers design pretty customized machines, adapting each model to each kind of soil or work.
SYMAGA
In the current year Symaga’s Silos division has launched the new “Closed catwalk”, allowing total functionality to the catwalk under any weather, with the added value of a lower maintenance of catwalk and conveyors. Engineering team has been working during months in order to increase choosing stairs options, and higher safety in roof access.
Symaga highlights improvements in “Spiral Stairs”, “Roof stairs” with handrails, and “Flight stairs”, improving the access to the top of the silo.
The aeration roof vent is available with a complete fumigation sealing system, supplementing this 2015 innovation and improvement list accorded by Symaga Technical department.
Moreover, in this 1st semester Symaga implemented stainless steel roof bolting as option, which increases protection against corrosion, an anti-avalanche accessory, and lastly eave catwalks.
Symaga continues investing constantly in R&D improving its products.
TATOMA
In this 2015 edition of AGRITECHNICA, TATOMA is presenting its top of the range SUPERBMIX MBS-30 self propelled mixer wagon with 2 horizontal augers, a powerful machine of 30 cubic meters and a Cummins 330 hp engine. TATOMA will also introduce a new single auger self propelled MONOMIX EVOLUTION MVS-100 a tiny and flexible machine able to operate in narrow barns with its only 2120 mm width. It is currently available in a 10 cubic meter version, but it will be a 12 and 14 cm versions in the future. Finally we will have an MV-20 DUPLO trailed mixer with straw blower on display, a traditional machine that we are marketing with a great success in Spain, France, Benelux and Germany.
