Fercam will exceed 200 exhibitors for the first time in its history

The 58th National Fair of the Field will count from July 4 to 8 in Manzanares with more than 200 exhibiting companies. For the first time in its history it will surpass this record figure, according to the Councilor of Commercial Fairs, Pablo Camacho. Fercam 2018, which completes its program of technical conferences and parallel activities, “will be the best showcase for the primary sector”. Therefore, after the recent refusal of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Manzanareño City Council will propose to the new Government of Spain its participation and involvement in one of the most important agricultural fairs in the country.

Camacho described as “a very important milestone” the presence in Fercam, for the first time in its 58-year history, of more than 200 exhibitors. It will be thanks to the space with which the fairground has been extended in the last year with a part of the parking of exhibitors, next to the Pavilion of Samples. It will accommodate both outdoor stands and a large tent, fully equipped, to complement with another twenty stands its thriving agri-food sector, one of the most waiting list.

Less than a month after its inception, and with the entire site covered, the Campo de Manzanares National Fair is finalizing its program of activities with an important cycle of technical conferences, wine competitions, Manchego cheeses, virgin olive oil extra and great variety of tastings of agri-food products.

The Councilman of Commercial Fairs and director of Fercam, Pablo Camacho, highlighted the participation and involvement in this event of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real and the various financial institutions “who understand that it is necessary bet on this fair with your co-financing “. He also underlined the support of agrarian associations -Asaja, COAG and UPA- and that of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ciudad Real, “always available and totally close”.
