DEUTZ-FAHR presents its new generation of tractors in Dresden
The DEUTZ-FAHR firm has recently introduced in the German city of Dresden the new generation of tractors of the Series 6 and 7, with his new project DEUTZ-FAHR Arena, currently under construction in Lauingen and whose works will be completed by early 2017. This great event has provided the opportunity to more than 1.000 dealers and more than 110 journalists from 28 countries, to see live and on the field as the most innovative technology tractors ‘Made in Germany’ works.
The future of tractor technology was exhibited in Dresden from 5 to 7 July 2016, through the event DEUTZ-FAHR, “Future Farming 2016”, focused on display and demonstrate on the ground the main features of the new generation of tractors of the Series 6 and 7, in which prevail a modern and compact design, great comfort and excellent technology in all aspects.
Participants were able to personally test the high degree of innovation of new ranges of tractors with support of staff DEUTZ-FAHR. Nineteen tractors new Series 6 and 7, five of the Series 9 and the new combine C9206 TSB were available to all of them for field testing.
This meeting has also served to mark expose its full range of tractors from 35 hp to 340 hp, combines 250 hp to 395 hp, telehandlers and implements forage harvesting along with advanced systems for precision farming .
The new Series 6 and 7 together with the Series 9, presented in 2015, will form the central production of the new plant DEUTZ-FAHR LAND, factory most modern tractors in Europe, built in Lauingen, and which is currently in its phase test.
DEUTZ-FAHR Arena
Right in front of the new plant DEUTZ-FAHR is located the DEUTZ-FAHR Arena, the new project of this firm, with an area of 3,800 m2 and consists of an exhibition hall, a museum, a restaurant area, store, movie theater, classrooms and a large test area, all available to customers and business partners that may well count in the future, with the ideal place to test all high-tech tractors of this brand.
As stated by the Director General of SDF, Ludovico Bussolati, “these new lines of tractors of high range are the result of efforts in recent years to complete and renew our product offering. The new Series 6 and 7 together with Series 9, introduced last year, the innovative factory and the new focus Customer Lauingen are the fundamental pillars of DEUTZ-FAHR strategy for the coming years. ”
