Global food latam 2021 will take place in November
After the success of Global Fruit Latam 2021, the first edition of Global FOOD Latam will take place in November, the first international business fair for food and beverages in Latin America.
The experience of approaching the issue of fruits and vegetables from different aspects became a boost in trends, innovations, connection between producers, buyers and global entrepreneurs, the promotion of good production practices, sustainability, social and environmental responsibility in the market.
For this reason and to continue sharing knowledge with the world, it is the turn of processed, frozen, gourmet and delicatessen foods such as chocolate; meat, sausages, poultry and seafood; healthy and organic products, baked and spreads, dairy, cold drinks, customers and spirits.
Delicacies for the eyes and palate, business and learning opportunities, an approach to technology, machinery and equipment, as well as access to conferences, discussion tables and forums with world leaders in the sector, are part of the Global FOOD Latam program, scheduled from November 10 to 14, through OMA Media’s Digital Virtual Center.
This international business fair dedicated to the food and beverage sector will address topics such as trends driven by technology, the challenge of generating food to build a world free of hunger and malnutrition, combating the threat of sustainability in food systems, due to the increasing pressure on natural resources and climate change, among others.
For this reason, Global FOOD Latam contemplates connecting the offer and opportunities, generating more and better business between Latin America and its commercial partners in the world, promoting the export of Latin American products to the global market, promoting good production practices, sustainability, social and environmental responsibility in the global market, as well as sharing news, ideas, trends and innovations related to the future of the sector.
Almost a hundred participating countries are expected, as the objective is to exceed the almost 70 scopes of Global Fruit Latam, so there will also be guest pavilions from Asia and Oceania, Europe and North America.
