Irrigation communities add to the next round of Efiaqua
Efiaqua, International Fair for Efficient Water Management continues to strengthen its position as one of the main forums of industry knowledge and key for the main operators and companies related to the management and water treatment stage. In this sense, the event will host representatives of all professional groups related to the sector.
The last of those who have confirmed their active participation is to irrigators and agricultural irrigation professionals. In this regard, recently Efiaqua President, Francisco Zorrilla, has signed an important agreement of collaboration and mutual support with the National Federation of Irrigation Communities of Spain (FENACORE), represented here by its secretary general, Juan Valero de Palma .
The agreement will disseminate to all professionals in this sector not only holding Efiaqua but the contents to be developed in the competition. It is in this sense and as the agreement says, “formalize and articulate a stable relationship of mutual cooperation for the promotion, development, promotion, distribution and success of the fair Efiaqua 2015”.
More than 700,000 associates irrigators
The National Federation of Irrigation Communities of Spain (FENACORE) is an association with more than half a century, which brings together entities (communities of irrigators, irrigation unions, etc.) involved in the management of irrigation water, both surface and groundwater. The main objective of FENACORE is apolitically defend the interests and water rights, harmonizing the effort and work of all parties involved in the Spanish irrigation and working closely with the various public authorities in the design of water policy in the country.
Currently, FENACORE has numerous federal entities, representing 700.000 irrigators and almost two million hectares, ie more than 80% of the national irrigation. They are integrated into FENACORE Irrigation Communities of all Spanish provinces.
Efiaqua 2015, thus, committed to the integration of the main agencies and industry associations, as is happening with the reference signatures in the management and treatment of water, many of which have already confirmed their participation in Feria Valencia. In the case of operators as Aguas de Valencia, Power Electronics, Contazara -counters Zaragoza Water, sewage plants of the Mediterranean – DAM, Hidraqua, FACSA, and the very Iberian Trenchless Technology Association (IBSTT).
In addition, the event is already defining the program of parallel and conferences will be organized around the exhibition showcase and address developments in the sector in terms of efficient management of water resources activities.
Efiaqua, will share the stage with two events with which it shares synergies as Egética – Fair Energy, and Ecofira – International Fair of Environmental Solutions, all grouped under the Trade Initiative for Environment and Energy. In its last edition in 2013, the three events showcase an exhibition gathered a hundred exhibitors were visited by 6,206 professionals.
These three dates also coincide this year with two professional events as Deal (storage and distribution) and the new exhibition Made from Plastic (solutions ‘packaging’), which exponentially increases the ability to call for each .
