Monsanto, one of the 10 best companies to work for in Latin America
Monsanto was honored as one of the ten best multinational companies to work for in Latin America, I having risen in 2015 to tenth place ranking in the prestigious Great Place to Work ® which was already prominent part during the last four years.
For the latest edition of the most important study of the region, which recognizes excellence in the workplace culture of companies, they participated with their views, more than two million employees in 2,294 companies.
“We are very proud of this result, it strengthens the effort we make as a company to improve day by day, which is witnessed by the strong evolution over the past two years, where we climbed eight places,” said Meritxell Blasco, director of THE Human Resources Monsanto.
Meanwhile, Luiz Beling, president of Monsanto THE stressed that this represents a recognition of the values of Monsanto humility, generosity and collaboration, trust, integrity and commitment – and added, “Our engine is people. It is an enormous challenge and a great responsibility while maintaining a great place to work.”
