Packaging: Circular Economy. The problem of e-commerce
Currently, the packaging for e-commerce is not only logistical efficiencies that should be considered, but also packaging as a tool for communication and customer loyalty that should be considered from the point of view of the online sales channel. In electronic commerce, a sale does not end when the buyer places his order. This is where one of the most important phases of the process begins: the moment in which the customer receives the product and the packaging becomes the first contact and link between the brand and the customer. The e-commerce channel represents a challenge to the multifunctionality of the packaging system: preservation, protection, product presentation and as a central theme the sustainability and the circular economy to protect, preserve and improve Europe’s environment for the present generations and future.
During the day, the speakers will share their experiences, the different problems and possible solutions. We can also participate in enriching debate and subsequent lunch and Networking.
