The Union of Small Farmers and Ranchers organized in Madrid (Spain), the 26th and January 27th, 2016, its 9th Ordinary Federal Congress, the most democratic and representative organ of the organization of the Union of Small Farmers (UPA) . The meeting’s theme is “No production, no producers, no food”.
