Onion: Globalcaja and Procecam renew agreement for producers

Globalcaja and the Association of Producers of Onion of Castile-La Mancha (PROCECAM) have signed a new cooperation agreement, which is renewed confidence of both entities for the development of onion producers in the region, which have a weight specific in the economic and social fields.

The director of Banca Rural, Alberto Marcilla, and the president of PROCECAM, Justo Gutierrez, have stated that it is of great interest to this sector the agreement as it collects and responds to each of the specific needs and demands of this group. The two sides have expressed confidence the agreement, which pursues objectives that are common, as are continuing to defend the interests of farmers, as well as the development of the agricultural sector.

Globalcaja has provided, among other chapters through its Agricultural Service, all kinds of advice to farms, processing of CAP subsidies, agricultural insurance and all kinds of subsidies PROCECAM.

The Association, for its part, is intended to further assist in the financing of their campaigns and make progress in that advice through this agreement. Both entities have shown their willingness to increase their cooperation in future actions and activities that are of interest to the sector.
