Bureau Veritas presents the new Master in Management and Modern Restaurant

Bureau Veritas University Center presents the new Master in Management and Modern Restaurant, a separate title with the University Camilo Jose Cela, allowing professionals and managers to effectively manage all activities related to the Restoration, facing challenges and sector opportunities.

After two editions of the Master exclusively for McDonald’s Spain, which have already formed nearly 70 professionals in the management of restaurants in this leading company in the catering sector, the third call opens open to professionals through the agreement reached with Fehrcarem (Spanish Federation of Modern Restaurant Chains).

According says Managing Director of Bureau Veritas University Center, María Galindo, “Restoration career opportunities are increasing due to the importance of the sector. Therefore, we have incorporated this new training program for graduates who want to form us have options to find companies in which professionally develop the skills acquired. ”

Training through Internet

The training program aims to help students learn the overall management of all aspects that make up the address of an establishment of modern restoration, covering development activities operations, management systems and people and activities the business address, using all the tools necessary to optimize the results of a restaurant, improving their competitiveness in modern society.

The Master is aimed at managers and leaders who play the Restoration related to it will help in its strategic decision to increase its competitiveness in the market activities. All staff also want to broaden their knowledge in the sector, in order to develop the necessary skills to perform the duties of Directors.

With a duration of one academic year it is composed of three parts (Development Operations in Modern Restaurant, Management Systems and Persons in Modern Restaurant, and Business Address Modern Restaurant), which in turn are made up of five subjects, plus a Master’s Thesis.

The Master is developed in eLearning mode through the Virtual Campus of Bureau Veritas University Center, which allows students to better harmonize this training with their work or their place of residence. The Virtual Campus allows interaction with the tutor and teacher participants to each other, and access to the academic program, its documentation and discussion forums, news, and related Master Class.
