Arbos presents its new 7000 series at Demoagro
Designed to work in countless applications, these tractors move with agility anywhere: whether it is a wide or narrow area, in plain or slope, hazel or vineyards in shade, olive groves or greenhouses. All this thanks to its functional style, which combines the beauty of the forms with a studied design to minimize the impact on the vegetation. With this same objective of respecting nature and agronomy, ARBOS has updated its range adapting it to the strictest regulations in terms of emissions (Phase IIIB) and safety (TMR).
Compact dimensions, ergonomics and comfort. These are the distinguishing characteristics of all the models of the complete range, which consists of the specialized tractors of the series 4000F, 4000 AF and 4000 Q (from 49 to 102 HP), the isodiametric tractors of the series 3000E and 4000E (from 22 to 92 HP), and tractors with platform T series (from 40 to 71 HP) for forestry applications. The ARBOS equipment division also presents the MCA-W model dedicated to the application of fertilizer in fruit trees to complete its range of products in this segment.
ARBOS specialized machines are a technology concentrate. They are available in different designs and versions to suit the different agronomic types of vineyards and fruit trees: Roll Bar tractors with 20-inch tires for a low and compact machine; high cabin and 28-inch tires for comfort and resistance; low profile cabin and low center of gravity for hillside applications. The design of the complete line responds in the best way to the needs of professionals working in vineyards and fruit trees, characterized by reduced heights, reduced maneuvering spaces and steep sloping terrain.
The compact dimensions of the range, as well as the inclined or recessed body, allow to accompany and protect the branches and fruits without damaging them.
The new 4000F / AF / Q / E series are superbly equipped with the efficient 3 and 4 cylinder FCA low emission engines, available in various capacities: from the 3 cylinder from 49 to 71 hp, mounted on the 4060F, 4070E and 4080E more compact and versatile, up to 4 cylinders from 75 to 102 hp, mounted on the 4080F, 4090F / Q / AF / E, 4100F / Q / AF / E tractors and on the flagship models of the 4110F / AF / Q Series . The FCA engine guarantees excellent performance and low emissions, in accordance with the current phase IIIB in Europe, especially in the 4080F tractor which, with its compact dimensions, is at the top of its category. With a hood height of only 120 cm and thanks to the lateral POC filter arrangement, which does not affect the overall dimensions of the vehicle, 4080F is the most compact tractor for fruit trees on the market.
Another strength point of the complete line of specialized tractors is its ease of use thanks to the transmission with 4 synchronized gears, three ranges of work and 24 + 12 speeds for models over 80 HP and 16 + 8 for those with less power. Not to mention the versatility of the tractor that, being provided with hydraulic system, adapts to any need. The system assembles a double gear pump with a total flow of 100 liters, 60 of which are dedicated to the elevator and to the wide range of rear or front distributors, for the simultaneous use of combined tools.
Thanks to these characteristics, the operator can work with total safety and maximum comfort, even in the difficult conditions of specialized crops. Balanced, compact, energetic and tireless: from the Roll Bar version, which reduces the dimensions and the total height, ideal for vineyards in curtain, up to the cab versions, available in the standard and Low Profile versions, perfect for the hazel trees of Piedmont and the pistachio orchards of the Middle East, since their lines guarantee the least impact. The ARBOS implements complete the offer of the complete line for specialized tractors, providing a unique brand, symbol of quality and reliability. The fertilizer spreader MCA-W is ideal for fruit trees. It is a precision and compact implement, with total dimensions of only 1.10 meters, thanks to the shape of its hopper, which allows to fertilize crops with very narrow plantation schemes.
