AGROPONIENTE GROUP will be another edition at Fruit Attraction
AGROPONIENTE GROUP will be present again at the Fruit Attraction Fair in Madrid, which this year celebrates eleven editions, in all of which Agroponiente Group has been present, faithful to an appointment that has clearly established itself as the great meeting point of the fruit and vegetable business.
An appointment already sets each campaign, which this year, in addition, will have a very special moment, since the AGROPONIENT GROUP stand (9D03, Hall 9) has been the space chosen for the official presentation of ‘Almería 2019, Capital Spanish of Gastronomy ‘in Madrid. It will be an act (Tuesday 22, 13.00) that will include a double, institutional and promotional aspect. In the institutional part, the Mayor of Almería, Ramón Fernández Pacheco-Monterreal, as well as different institutional representatives of different administrations will be present and will participate; while in the promotional, an action will be carried out that will highlight the importance of fruits and vegetables in the kitchen and gastronomy of Almeria.
The CEO of GRUPO AGROPONIENTE, Jorge Reig, says that “the reality is that fruits and vegetables are a fundamental element not only of Almeria cuisine, but of the province in general. We are known for our food production and specifically the fruit and vegetable. As producers and marketers, we feel part of the gastronomic capital and, in fact, we are main sponsors. For us it is a pride that the official presentation in Madrid is going to be at our Fruit Attraction stand, where our gastronomy can also be shown before the whole sector at European level ”.
In addition, it will be the first Fruit Attraction of GRUPO AGROPONIENTE after the acquisition of the company Lara Castañeda, which, together with the Agroponiente and Vegacañada companies, has represented a notable expansion of the Group’s global figures and, therefore, of its capacity operational before markets and response to farmers.
Thus, the stand will once again show the full potential of the company in its wide range of products (tomato, pepper, cucumber, eggplant, zucchini, beans, melon, watermelon, tropical and others), both in its conventional and ecological lines . In fact, the stand will be structured with special emphasis on the promotion of certain products, such as the Green and Raf tomato line of its tomato specialist company, Vegacañada, which already had a special promotion in the previous edition of the fair; the watermelon Kisy, a variety the size of an orange, whose skin is easily removed, allowing its consumption as an individual fruit; its increase in potential in own production, especially in zucchini, eggplant, pepper and beans; and of course the line of organic products, which each campaign grows in volume, quality and implementation.
At the AGROPONIENTE GROUP stand, the operability will prevail, with 128 meters in a large open space, with private and other public areas designed for the work of the large commercial team that will move to maintain regular contacts with customers and the promotion of the product of our Farmers before potential customers.
And it is that the objective of the presence of the company in Fruit Attraction, for the eleventh consecutive year, is once again to establish an outstanding meeting point with them and, at the same time, to continue promoting the company’s marketing model, based on the service, both to farmers and customers, which aims to consolidate itself as the first agrifood multinational in Southern Europe.
