Agricultural sector Fair and 28th International Exhibition of pure cattle, Salamaq’16

The fairgrounds of the Provincial of Salamanca will receive, from 7th to 11th September, the 28th edition of Salamaq 2016, which includes the Agricultural Sector Fair and the 28th International Exhibition of Pure Cattle. This year, it will have in its business side with busier area (25,067 m2) and more exhibitors, to which livestock shows will be added.

As has moved the president of the Provincial of Salamanca, Javier Iglesias, the huge success of commercial participation this year is demonstrated by the fact that repopulates the enclosure to the point of not being able to meet all the requests of commercial space even having increased by 300 m2 commercial space compared to last year. In fact, 23 requests have not been able to attend due to lack of space that would be an occupation of over 800 m2, to demand greater surface of exhibitors from previous years is also added.

Salamaq16 expectancies are also confirmed in the 27 commercial exhibitors that are released in the Fair of the Agricultural Sector. The total of 205 commercial exhibitors is distributed between machines (65), with 21,345 m2; central pavilion (64), with 1,780 m2; Food (26) and 454 m2; Commerce Square (43) and 720 m2; and hospitality (6) and 768 m2.

The beef will be the fundamental claim of the exhibition with more than 1,000 copies, highlighting the celebration of the Silver Jubilee of National Limousine Race Competition in Salamanca

At the International Exhibition of livestock, the maximum occupancy of their space is guaranteed, and the presence of breeds of the same species in recent years (cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses) to which the poultry adds.

Regarding the professional and R & D + I days Javier Iglesias stressed that returns to give a personality to Salamaq 16, given the interest of companies and associations to participate with training tables increasingly specific to their professional’s needs. The president of the council stressed the value acquired by Salamaq with the participation of the University of Salamanca and IRNASA in the field of research and innovation for professionals in the field, a space that will have a significant role in this edition.
