National contest Bocuse D’Or Spain

AOVE ‘five elements’ sponsors the Madrid chef Carlos Duran, captain of the Spanish selection of cuisine in the National Bocuse d’Or Competition held on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 at the Miguel Delibes Cultural Centre in Valladolid. The winner of this competition will represent Spain in international Bocuse d’Or, considered the most prestigious and competitive contest in the world in the kitchen of high competition.
It is the first time that most of the autonomous communities participate in the national contest, with candidates with a long cooking career behind him who have accepted the challenge Bocuse d’Or Spain having previously competed in other territorial contests.
Bocuse d’Or Spain will participate in 16 different communities chefs compete to achieve the square that will represent Spain in the European phase will take place in Budapest (Hungary) on 10 and 11 May 2016, in the world Bocuse also known as “the Olympics of cooking.”
A team of twenty prestigious national and international chefs will compose the jury, which is responsible for rate and evaluate the working of the participants.
