Of the requirements that a greenhouse should meet to be considered circular will debate Marc Ruijs, of the University of Wageningen, and Sergio Moreno, of the Spanish company Aleia Roses. The presentation of HortyEspaña will focus on the specific sustainability challenges of the Andalusian sector and Willem Kemmers, of the consultancy Innoventuri, will expose the influence that horticulture receives from the principles of Bioeconomics. Representing the DPA sector, Peter Verbaas will talk about how producers can satisfy a consumer who is increasingly aware of sustainability.
This technical day, in which Rabobank and Rijk Zwaan Ibérica collaborate, will conclude with two presentations aimed at the search of public and private financing related to agricultural technological innovation and circular economy by Óscar González of CDTI and Erik Vermeulen, of Corporates in Spain.
