Conference on the effects of ‘Brexit’ on the Andalusian food industry

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development organizes next Monday, July 25th, a seminar on the effects of the output of the United Kingdom of the European Union (EU) -‘Brexit’- on the Andalusian agro-food sector. The meeting will take place at the headquarters of the Cajasol Foundation and is open to all citizens interested in learning more about the consequences of this situation in the economy of the region.
The Minister Carmen Ortiz and President of the Cajasol Foundation, Antonio Pulido, will open at 11:00 this meeting which will be attended by José Carlos Díez, professor of economics at the University of Seville, who will give the presentation “Brexit and EU. Effects on Andalusia and the food industry ‘. Behind him, Tomas Garcia Azcarate, researcher at the Institute of Economics, Geography and Demography of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), will give a talk entitled ‘The Brexit and Andalusian agriculture’.
