COIAA: First Day of Innovation in Food in Andalusia

The Association of Agronomists of Andalusia (COIAA) has designed innovative conferences for professionals in the food sector, which is considered the whole process from the field to the table. The Day is celebrated on February 11, in Hacienda de Quinto (Dos Hermanas, Sevilla).
The conference will be repeated in subsequent years explaining, by the mouth of his protagonists, changes in interest provided by the food industry in Spain, either by companies with strategies for new products, new marketing channels, New Business Models and Strategies Differentiation R & D successfully.
This year we have six cases of national interest (DCOOP, COVAP, Puerto de Indias, Bodegas Robles, La Salmoreteca and Finca El Capricho), where business leaders tell their cases and their strategies followed to take your company to the current situation, as they have overcome the difficulties and what are their strategies for the future.
During the day we will taste a breakfast and an innovative cocktail where we will enjoy three special moments:
– Moment “Charming Cover”: Wine Salmorejo of Salmoreteca
– Moment “Wines with histroria”: Wineries Robles for lunch and dessert.
– Moment “Digestive Delight”: Wine tasting Geneva and Puerto de Indias.
Places are limited and the price of the day is 49.99 €, of which 10% to the Food Bank will be donated to Sevilla.
