56th edition of the National Country Fair (FERCAM)

The National Country Fair (FERCAM), which every year is held in Manzanares (Ciudad Real), celebrates its 56th edition, counted among the more important fairs of agricultural machinery, public works, irrigation, livestock, automotive and agri-food sector Spain. From 6 to July 10, will be held this meeting forum for professionals in the agricultural sector, where the latest products and services will be shown.

This event will stage an exhibition outdoor enclosure of about one hundred and twenty thousand square meters and a canopy samples of about two thousand square meters, where exhibiting companies from different sectors will present the full range of their products. Its schedule is from 10am to 14pm, in the morning and of 20 to 23h, in the afternoon.

FERCAM, is a well established multi-sector fair in which coexist in harmony various productive sectors of our society. However, the strongest, and reference listed at all levels, is the exhibition of agricultural machinery and irrigation, followed closely by the Agrifood, not to mention other sectors such as Livestock, Public Works, Renewable Energies, Automotive, etc., which complement this event, which year after year gets excellent results.

The history of this event began in 1960 as a local fair, in which 6 small companies Manzanares showed the most innovative agricultural machinery of the time. The First Edition of the Regional Country Fair was held in 1961, but it was not until the issue no. 54 when FERCAM is positioned in the proper place and acquires the consideration of National Fair, thanks to the enormous economic activity that generates and, above all, by the large number of companies located in other autonomous communities that have chosen it to showcase their products.
