JCB: News on FIMA 2016
Farmers, ranchers and service companies expect the latest proposals from JCB in FIMA 2016. Here the company explains the latest addition to the Agri-end loader new JCB 418S, the new Fastrac tractor and exhibits improvements in the telescopic handlers: 526-56 and 527-58 Agri.
The latest addition to the range is the new Agri loader JCB 418S with a 173 hp engine Tier 4 Final and operating weight of 9690 kg, has a power / weight ratio of 17.9 hp / t ratio, with more power than conventional blade. In terms of size, it is 16% shorter for easy maneuverability.
JCB 418S incorporates the 6-speed transmission, variable displacement pump 220 l / min, limited slip axles that build traction and thrust force, and can run at a maximum speed of 50 km / h. The new cab provides greater visibility, and is equipped with reversible fan and LED lights for optimum night lighting.
Fastrac 4000
The new Fastrac 4000 Series is based on 25 years of experience and expertise in the design, development and manufacture of the most versatile and comfortable world tractors. It is the only approved for driving at a speed greater than 50 km / h tractor.
It has the basic features of Fastrac, as the implementation of multiple mount points, a sophisticated full suspension for fast operating speeds and a system of checks to ensure high level security, stability and comfort. The steering wheel is available again, but with a tighter turning radius ratio selectable direction, and larger tires to improve the issuance and traction.
The system provides more sophisticated self-leveling suspension, both laterally and from front to back, and the ability to duck under detachable equipment, for a change fastest and simple implements.
There are also more power to 235 hp (max) of the 4220 Fastrac range and a new form of transmission to the wheels. The CVT transmission provides seamless acceleration and deceleration, the best possible speed adjustment, and selectable modes help the operator to optimize performance and fuel economy.
But surely, marking the new style and is the most visible to the smallest Fastrac range change is the cabin: the COMMAND PLUS design offers all the space, visibility, comfort and control than any driver could want .
Improved models 526-56 and 527-58 Agri
A package of improvements in the 526 and 527-58 Agri 56 operators offer better performance, productivity and ease of use.
New improvements 526-56, now standard, including transmission torque converter four powershift speeds with a maximum speed of 33kph, along with practical selection of forward / reverse joystick. Disconnecting wheel drive, which improves efficiency and reduces tire wear during road trips is now a standard specification. There is also an option powershift 40kph.
Another new feature is the transmission disconnect at 526-56. Off transmission when the foot brake is applied, which it allows the operator an easy balance between force and hydraulics getting optimum starting, material handling and hydraulic performance – perfect for a perfect performance when cleaning a stable cows, for example.
The hydrostatic transmission has now 527-58 Vari-Speed standard, which can be used by the operator differentiating the engine speed and the forward speed independently, which is especially useful when using equipment that requires a flow rate heavy and constant at a certain speed.
The machines have new-extension-retraction valves and hydraulic functions cycle, improving the response, speed of service and efficiency of management.
